Update: Lockdown at OCI, OES, and Wasuma - No Active Threat

Dear OCI, OES, and Wasuma Families,
This is an update regarding the earlier lockdown. All schools Oakhurst Intermediate (OCI), Oakhurst Elementary (OES), and Wasuma Elementary are currently on lockdown out of an abundance of caution.
We want to reassure you that there is no active threat on any of our campuses at this time. The lockdown was initiated due to a phoned-in threat. Authorities are still on the scene investigating.
All students are safe and accounted for, and they remain secure in their classrooms. We will provide further updates as the situation evolves.
